NCR / B100a, JSON job files, and elevations are there when a design professional needs an exhibit. The app does not apply a stamp or a seal. Device jobs and the PWA are there because Connecticut lots are not all in coverage. Pro is $59/month or $590/year, with a 14-day trial that collects a card and charges after the trial.

Department is only for sanitarians and local health departments — $249/month for five seats on one district. The manager pays by card (in immediately) or sends a PO (the operator approves). Each seat is its own email and password. Same calculator as Pro. Not a permit desk.
